July 10 Monday Knight Race

Burnaby Lake is now so full of weeds that the Monday Knight race was moved to nearby Deer Lake. The goose poop covering the beach is a minor inconvenience to enjoy the relatively weed free paddling on Deer Lake. Tonight's race was a 2 km run followed by a 6.5 km paddle. The race was won by Darrell, John, Heide (run) and Katja (paddle) followed by the team of Rebecca, Dan and Jeff.
