High Performance Training


This program is for athletes that are either on the Provincial NexGen , the Provincial team or want to make these teams. The paddlers will compete at the Provincial Championship with the goal of qualifying to race at the National Championship. They may also be selected to race at International events. The athletes will train between six to twelve times per week.

Spring Session (April, May, June)

  • Monday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Wednesday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Thursday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Friday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Saturday 8:00am to 10:00am

Summer Session (July, August)

  • Monday 7:30am to 9:00am & 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 7:30am to 9:00am & 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Wednesday 7:00am to 9:30am & 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Thursday 7:00am to 9:30am & 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Friday 7:00am to 9:30am & 4:00pm to 5:30pm

Fall Session (September, October)

  • Monday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Wednesday 4:00pm to 5:30pm
